Dr. Bunnell holds several licenses and certifications, including Board Certification as a Vascular Surgeon from the American Board of Surgery, Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation, and certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Basic Life Support.

Her leadership roles are extensive. She serves on the Board of Directors for the International Society for Women Vascular Surgeons, and several national advisory boards. She is also active in various leadership committees within the Society for Vascular Surgery and the American Venous Forum.
