Cancellation Policy

We understand that scheduling conflicts can occur. When you book an appointment with Vitality Aesthetic Solutions, that time is reserved exclusively for you with our specialized professional. This policy allows us to manage our schedule and provide the highest level of service to all our valued clients.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Deadline

    • To avoid a $100 cancellation fee, you must cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours (two full business days) prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation and No-Show Fees

The following circumstances will result in a $100 cancellation fee being charged:

    • Late Cancellation: Canceling or rescheduling an appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
    • No-Show: Failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice.
    • Late Arrival: Arriving 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time. This will be considered a No-Show because we cannot guarantee the full service can be completed, and the fee will apply.

Fee Application

    • The $100 fee will be charged directly to the payment method on file.
    • If the cancellation policy is followed, no cancellation fee will be charged.
    • The cancellation fee is separate from the cost of the service.

Appointment Confirmation

    • By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
